Luxbrite uk ltd began trading in November 2006, with a view to supplying a wide range of lighting products to the electrical wholesale market. The range grew quickly from small domestic products such as downlights and transformers to large industrial applications such as stadia flood lighting and large factory installations.

Back in 2006 discharge lighting was a large part of our business, with much of the assembly of floodlights, low bays and high bays done at our HQ in Runcorn, Cheshire.

Since then of course technology has moved on, energy costs have risen massively and lower energy sources are replacing discharge. LED lighting and t5 fluorescent now make up a large part of our ever expanding low energy range. That being said we still stock and supply discharge, T8 modular fittings and many of the associated lamp ranges such as sodium and metal halide.

LED Lighting We supply several wattages and colours of GU10 LED Lamps with a myriad of different downlights to suit. LED panels in both common sizes with differing colour temperatures are now a large part of our business along with LED corn lamps and replacement t8 Led tubes. Emergency exit signs, bulkheads and twinspots are also in stock in LED.		Fluorescent lighting A full range of t8 and t5 modular fittings both recessed and surface are available from stock, along with louvers, prismatic diffusers and tubes to suit (Including LED). Non corrosive fittings come in 240v or 110v from 2ft single to 6ft twin with fully polycarbonate bodies and Hf control gear.
Discharge lighting Although discharge lighting is no longer in vogue we still supply a wide range of flood lights from 70w to 2kw metal halide, mercury or sodium. Low bays and high bays are still available in 150w to 400w with differing IP ratings, to suit circumstances. A large range of Venture lamps are available from stock and are generally supplied with our discharge fittings.		Repairs and emergency conversions We carry out from our in house workshop lighting repairs and emergency conversions. This also means we carry a good stock of lighting control gear, nicad batteries and lamp holders using prominent European manufacturers such as Tridonic and Lightplan. This facility also gives us the flexibility to produce bespoke, problem solving fitting otherwise unavailable.
